ABOUT TRUSTFUL CHARITY ASSOCIATION
Trustful Charity Association (TCA) was conceived in 2020, initiated in 2021 and officially came into existence in 2022 in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 90/053/ of December 19, 1990 relating to freedoms of association in Cameroon, with the founder being Mr. NDUM YANNICK AJIH
TCA focuses on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and well-being), 4 on ‘inclusive and equitable quality education’, and promotion of gender equality (5). Life-long learning opportunities for all focuses on eliminating gender disparities in education and ensuring equal access to all levels of education and vocational training for the underprivileged (women and youths), including those with disabilities.

AREAS OF INTERVENTION
Women and Youth Empowerment
It is the intent of TCA to support women-led groups. Many women and youths abused, oppressed, and exposed to GBV, and their rights violated upon, it is therefore imperative that such issues are holistically addressed.
It has been established that ICTs are key drivers of gender equality and holistic empowerment. With improved access to transformative technologies, women and youths would benefit from increased employment and business opportunities. This is to enable them rewrite powerful and affirmative story that results in independence, financial stability and greater self-esteem. TCA supports, train and encourages women and youths to pursue studies and careers in information and communication technology (ICT), same as in science, engineering and Mathematics.
Health
It is the resolve of TCA to deliver a healthier and sustainable tomorrow by offering quality, low-cost and accessible health care facilities for the underprivileged. This is being done through emphasizing the importance of preventive care and promoting healthy lifestyles. TCA also commits to reduce health epidemics, improve the health of women and youths. TCA also conducts activities that assist with adolescent menstrual health and hygiene, sexual and reproductive health and rights.
So many underprivileged women and youths are forced to neglect their health concerns due to their inability to afford treatment. The goal of TCA is to end this harsh reality. Building free health care facilities is to strengthen the health care system accords them free consultation reduced medical treatment and to those who can’t afford the care the truly deserve.
Education
Cameroonian youths are future leaders, hence ensuring that they acquire a good education is vitally important. In an effort to uplift the underprivileged youths of Cameroon towards a better and sustainable future, TCA will provide vocational training to women and youths in both rural and urban areas of Cameroon.
Humanitarian Support
The Boko Haram insurgency in the Far North region as well as the ongoing sociopolitical crisis in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon continue to produce increasing number of internally displaced persons (IDPs). TCA intent to support these people with health care, education, nutrition, awareness programs and more, to help them get the quality of life they deserve. The assistance provided, it is hope will help them thrive in a safe and humane environment.
Geographical Area of Coverage
The geographic area of operation of TCA is the national territory of Cameroon.
